Music often changes our perception without us noticing. Meeting Point makes this influence visible.
Locations in Biel were filmed, manipulated and partially distorted in abstract ways to show how sound transforms our view of a scene. Over a period of three months, a live set was created in which the music was produced in Ableton Live and the visual elements were adjusted in real time in Modul8, so that image and sound were closely coordinated. During the performance, two VJ stations reacted to each other live, with image and sound merging into flowing, interactive layers. The installation was shown at the Biennale in Chaumont in the student exhibition and performed live.
